Breaches & Consequences

Should a confirmed breach of our Engagement Guidelines occur during review, or if your access seems to endanger britlucklounge, its users, or operational safety, the following steps may be undertaken at our sole discretion:

1. Separate suspected scheme operatives or breaches from regular competitions;
2. Permanently suspend your access to the Platform;
3. Withdraw existing funds from your profile;
4. Seek recovery through civil or regulatory measures, or begin suitable legal procedures;
5. In major infractions, deny future participation and prohibit sign-ups indefinitely.

Any penalty decision rendered by britlucklounge’s administrative unit regarding violations is absolute and irrevocable. These actions do not interfere with other entitlements or remedies granted by applicable laws.

Challenge Categories

• britlucklounge hosts two core types of Competitions: (1) Public Participation Challenges open to everyone, and (2) Exclusive Invite-Only Events limited to selected participants. The established rules apply to both categories.
• Public Participation Challenges
  • In Public Participation Challenges, britlucklounge may arrange games with diverse participant counts—2, 3, 5, 10, 100, or otherwise indicated.
  • These may require entry payments, and victors are decided post-match.
  • Each Challenge will list the minimum players required to start. Once this threshold is reached, the game proceeds. If unmet before commencement, the game is nullified and payments are fully refunded.
  • Some games labeled “Locked Contests” will start once the winner quota is achieved, even if not all slots are filled. Players may enter until either the game initiates or the participant limit is reached. If incomplete, all fees are reimbursed in full.

Exclusive Invite Matches

• For Private Games, users may construct customized events, invite others, and assign team counts of 2, 3, 5, or 10. The event host pays the fee, names the match, and is issued a unique League Code. Only the name can be edited post-creation. The host must submit Facebook or email credentials for participants to get invites via britlucklounge.
• To enter a Private Game, the invited individual must input the Match Code and submit the fee. Once the limit is met, additional entries are blocked. If the game remains unfilled one hour prior to the start, users may attempt to convert it into a Public match. britlucklounge does not ensure this change will succeed or draw more entries. If it still falls short, full refunds are provided.
• Only those specifically invited may play. britlucklounge is not answerable for tech failures or rule breaches stopping entry.

Accountability & Damages

By using our Services or participating in Contests, you agree to defend, compensate, and hold us harmless from any claims or costs (including legal fees and indirect damages) related to:

1. Ownership arguments concerning submitted user materials;
2. Damaging, improper, or unlawful acts by third parties, including deceitful or objectionable entries;
3. Misapplication, mishandling, or illicit usage of your profile;
4. Game interruptions, service glitches, delays, corrupted data, malware, or platform malfunctions;
5. Unauthorized access to your profile, even if you willingly granted permission.

Interpretation & Exclusive Legal Forum

Refund & Withdrawal Rules

Reward Eligibility & Guidelines

1. Each user is limited to one prize per calendar date.
2. Winners are notified via email within 24 hours of the match’s conclusion.
3. If a person wins in multiple reward-based games on the same date, the prize goes to the earliest contest joined. The remainder will shift to the next highest scorers.
4. Only one account entry per person is allowed for Free Entry Cash or Merchandise Contests. Managing more than one profile for Fantasy Cricket is strictly prohibited.
5. Any charges for delivery, service, or customs duties on rewards fall entirely on the winning participant.
